- Standard shipping is 3-5 business day delivery (it frequently arrives sooner)
- We can ship anywhere in the continental United States (48 States);
- Orders received after 1:00pm (Central Standard Time) will be shipped the next business day. Shipments are sent Monday through Friday. Shipments are not sent on US holidays.
- In the case of a return, shipping charges are non-refundable
Damage During Shipping
- All shipments are carefully inspected before shipping is done. Please check your shipment carefully upon delivery for damage. All claims for product damaged during shipping must be made within 72 hours.
- If you need to make a claim, please send details and a photograph of the damaged product(s) to our customer service team
Failure to Deliver
- If your order is returned to us for any reason, your order will be refunded, minus the shipping costs. If this occurs, we will notify you within five (5) business days to review the possible reasons for failed delivery.
